As a Full-Stack Developer at LogicalStreet Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintainingv high-quality web applications. You will work closely with a team of developers and designers, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web technologies, a passion for building innovative solutions, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using both front-end
    and back-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimise performance.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Firebase for deploying and managing applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying them to development processes.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to other team members.

Job Description

  • Learn new technologies, attend training on learning technologies and processes and excel in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
  • Learn Full stack web development using Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, HAML/Slim, jQuery, Databases (esp. PostgreSQL) and shell.
  • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our scalable Cloud platform Conceive and develop the new engagement concepts and design .
  • Find creative and elegant solutions to complex problems Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life Continually look for opportunities to improve our platform, process and business.

Job Description

  • Designing and building reusable and efficient Ruby code.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications.
  • Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code.
  • Interacting with stakeholders to express and present platform proficiency according to
    their practices.
  • Integrating data storage solutions.
  • Creating back-end components.
  • Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Integrating user-facing elements designed by the front-end team.
  • Connecting applications with additional web servers.
  • Maintaining APIs.
  • Testing Ruby code for bugs and resolving them accordingly.
  • Staying updated about the latest developments in Ruby on Rails programming.
